Unless you really like pissing away your hard-earned money, I would recommend against having service work done at the Nissan dealer in Signal Hill, CA (Long Beach area.)

While picking up some parts, I inquired at the service desk about the cost for doing a timing belt change. After making a call to ask someone -- apparently he couldn't figure it out on his own -- he told me the cost for JUST THE LABOR would be $760.

He actually had a quizzical look on his face when I involuntarily laughed after he told me that.

Needless to say, I won't be having the work done there.
