Colin Junior Member Registered: 13/08/09 Posts: 4	I just replaced the battery and starter on my 2003 SE with 164k miles. It still wont crank, all the electrical systems are good. I am thinking maybe a relay, fuse or something, but i checked them, non of them look bad. What else could it be?

Colin Junior Member Registered: 13/08/09 Posts: 4	Anybody?? Come On.. I tested the voltage of the PNP relay under the hood, I get 3v on terminal 5 and 0v on terminal 2
