For sale is a 2002 Nissan Xterra SE / SC in Solar Yellow. This non-smoking adult one-owner truck has 98,xxx miles and that fact that it has been well cared for really shows. I'm the son of a mechanic and an accomplished car-guy in my own right. This truck has been very well maintained with oil chages every 3,000 miles and all new fluids top to bottom every 30,000 miles. The truck had new tires and an alignment about a year ago.
The only factory option this truck doesn't have is the sunroof, which most Xterra enthusiasts prefer because use of the sunroof requires removal of the signature roof cargo basket. If you're familiar with the Nissan Xterra you'll recognize this truck as the top-of-the-line version for 2002. The Xterra is recongnized as a very capable off roader, although the worst this one has seen is minimum maintenance roads during hunting season. The Xterra is also a very capable tow vehicle. I towed my dad's boat (approximately 3500 pounds) several times without issue. I used the truck to tow an aluminum fishing boat on occasion, using the 2" receiver hitch for a bike rack more than anything else. The truck has never been in an accident and the body is very good. Everything on the truck works as it did when new. This truck needs nothing, other than a proud new owner.

I'm priced to sell and and firm being that I'm well below not only book value but also asking price for the other Xterras I find for sale locally - and most for sale don't have the features this truck has even at their higher asking prices.
I'm looking for a strong cash offer. The only partial trade I might (???) consider would be a cheap commuter vehicle such as a Sentra, Civic, Corolla or similar plus cash. I can show the truck in the Anoka area, or at the Brooklyn Center Police Department on weekdays during daytime hours.
