Well just got back from the Cotton Bowl, and tailgating. I was very dissappointed on how Tech played but that is how it goes.

I have to say that the BAMA fans were some of the nicest people I have met. They werent jackasses like some of the many other games I have been to after their team wins.

Well, the big game's tonight. I've changed my opinion. I think think USC will win 35-21.

BTW, I basically want to hit anyone in the media that thinks they're going for a 3-peat or "3-pete". Last I checked, everyone school agreed that the BCS is the system that determines a national championship. In that case, they are going for back-to-back. Now, I'm fine if they say they're going for a 3-peat AP national championship, but that's totally different. I'd be pissed if I were an LSU fan.

I think it could go either way, but my prediction for BCS bowl records after this game is still:

Pac-10: 7-3
Big-12: 4-7

Don't feel bad, Nismo - that's still better than ND's BCS record.

There were a lot of missed opportunities with Instant Replay. USC would have had 3 less points when UT clearly intercepted the ball. Either use instant replay or don't. I think it's clear that Instant Replay needs some serious tweaking this off season.

That was a good game last night. It came down to two things - USC mistakes (2 turnovers in the red zone), Texas O-Line (goddamn those guys are good).

I'd like to see him at WR. I think he would be as good (if not better) as Randy Moss and T.O. Still, you can't pass up talent and it won't be a "wasted pick".
