I was able to get up with Mike on Friday at Richmond and we were able to successfully crank up the t-bars and installed the AAL's. We weren't able to get the shackles installed on that day due to some small technical difficulties. I will hopefully have them installed here really soon. I want to get them on the truck before going to Elizabeth City in 2 weeks. I went up to West Virginia for my wife's birthday on Sunday. We went to Harper's Ferry on Sunday. We walked around and there is a little RR service road that goes along the river. A lot of trucks go down there since it's nice.
I was going along on the trail and the park ranger was coming from the opposite direction. I had to climb up the side of the hill on the left in order to get by each other. I was able to get the driver's side rear wheel to completly lift off of the ground but wasn't able to get out of the truck to get a pic. I need to get the shackles on to help and to get new shocks to take advantage of them.
I will post some pics after I get the shackles installed. I have taken some pics of the X during the install of the AAL's and even got a couple of pics of mine and Mikes' after we got the AAL's and cranking the T-bars. Everyone so far has said that it doesn't look like it is lifted at all until they try to get in then they notice it.
Mike thanks for the help on Friday it was great. Love the new height. I can't wait to get the shackles on and then see how it looks!!!
Here's a couple of pics of before and after. This is without the shackles on. I'll take some pics of the truck after the shackles are on.
