I just got my new 2003 Xterra. I got a leftover 2003 got it for $2,700 off of MSRP. Some of you may already know me from the Nissan plant tour last June.

I absolutely agree...I like them better without the side rails...besides...if you do any off roading, I wouldn't think the factory rails would offer much protection if something slams up against them...I would think the Calmini rock sliders would be a better choice..

Those Shrockworks ones are nice looking...I've been considering those now, or the Calmini ones...tough to decide though..well, I'll know which ones I'm getting at the end of the month for XMas when they show up...I've told my family to pick for me

As Ramness said my 03 did come with the side rails. I decided to take them off. I resized the pictures as I was told that they need to be 640 X 480 sorry about that.
