Here is a the almost final version of the video for goneMoab. The sound clips, and at points the music doesn't match the video, but you'll get the idea. I'm waiting on some footage from other people, so I'll just be edited in, so it's not going to be too different. After the 4 minute mark, it becomes pretty dull. And it's pretty obvious why I don't have any footage past Golden Spike. 176 meg MPEG1 Edit: Change the domain over a year later for the hell of it.

Excellent! Music was sweet too, let us know who the bands were. Also, nice touch at the end.

Damn you bastards, you're making me want one of those lever things. Looking at still photos I've basically been like "that's just stupid, why do that crap" but seeing it in motion makes it look fun. Btw, is that Dan with something broke at about 4:40?

Thanks guys for all your kind words. For next time I have to get in sync with everyone who has a MiniDV camera, so everyone's footage can be put in one video. You'd be amazed how many possible camera mounting locations a TJ has. I'm also planing on doing a video for the NeXterra run and ECXC (Hopefully MobyCat will help some too ) . When those are done I'm hoping to put them all on DVD and give them out to people.

That part about losing Todd...was that in New Castle, Colorado? The Kum and Go right off the exit, through the stop and on the left? Looks like my home town (New Castle) which means you guys went right by my parents' house. And you didn't stop by and say 'Hi'...

2 things- 1. It took over 47 minutes to load and wouldn't play when it had. Is there anyway to view it (compressed file?, etc.) aside from my buying a new computer? 2. For next time I have to get in sync with everyone who has a MiniDV camera, so everyone's footage can be put in one video.
I've still got an hour of MiniDV hillclimbs and recoveries only a few AZXC have seen..

Thanks J, Yeah, I've got broadband connection w/ Penti 1 processor I'll try downloading 1st. EDIT- That worked much better! Nicely done, and I'm not sure what Ian and I were looking at (4:40), Damage was incurred on Steel Bender the 2nd day, that footage is amidst the Fins-n-things tape(day 1). Lions Back's dizzying even in video BTW, Congrats on your new ride, bring it down here to AZ and we'll rip it up..
