Has anyone tried to retrofit the DVD entertainment system from the 06 Nissan Quest into the next generation xterras? Or has anyone installed a similar aftermarket system for the rear seats? Thanks

overhead entertainment system? if it doesn't interface with the factory sound system, it'd be possible, but chances are it'd be far from worth it. if you're talking about anything in the dash, give up now while you're ahead. retrofitting something like that (dash monitor) will be heck if you aren't an electrical engineer or something.

Much less labor (and money) involved to just buy an aftermarket dash or roof-mount dvd player. They're so common these days that I can't see it being all that expensive.
