Did some spotting this weekend for a few Jeeps. Still in disbelief over what a stock Jeep('00) can handle. Amazed at what a Unimog can do...Wanted to scout the trails with these guys before I brought my stocker out there. As soon as I figure out how to post pics, you guys will see'em.

I have already tried my stock X on other trail rides and was very pleased with the results. The guys I was spotting were doing some serious rock crawling. At the very least, I would have needed rock sliders, ARB/TJM, and full under body skid plates. I did not want to damage/scar the X just yet. I plan to join them on their next trail ride.

I mentioned the ARB/TJM for strength and durability. (place to mount a winch is always good) My stock bumper would have been ripped off on most of these trails. Plus, I didn't want to slip on a rock and crack all the plastic.

Here are some of the pics from the past weekend. I am pretty sure that the rock garden would eat up my stock bumper.
