For SAS'ed truck owners - how high is your truck?
Maybe if people wouldn't mind measuring and posting up so we can get an average or something?

I suggest measuring from a common point like from the top of the hub to the bottom-center of the fender plastic::

This will remove the influence of different tire sizes and pressures. Make sure to list any body lifts wink

There are no instructions on how to set up the Fox shocks - we went with the advice from some of the N4W guys, but maybe I have 'em too high?

Calmini says the SAS is supposed to be about 5" of lift - but since my truck wasn't stock before the lift there was no point measuring and comparing.

They (Calmini) claim that the trackbar mount failures have been from people setting the suspension too high - so I want to make sure I'm not exceeding their intended height.

I don't want to give up ground clerance by lowering the front to match the back - but if that's the right thing to do then I will. If I'm not outside the intended parameters, my preferred method to solve the issue is to do a SOA conversion on the rear - which will be almost free for me 'cause we have a spare Fronty axle just sitting around.

I'll post my height when I get the chance (truck is at home today)

Mine looks about the same as my 3"sl did. I will add numbers to verify this weekend.

I really dont think thats true. Did they give any reasons to support this? Or is it a pass it off to customer fault excuse.
I added a special ground washer to contain the heim joint in case of failure. (basicly two flats ground on it to allow full rotation of the joint) Carlton did something similar, I forgot the name of the part though.

21 1/2".

All springs sag but sounds like yours maybe Defective. Mine are with 1/2" of the orginal height after 18 months, I have plenty of weight in the rear and passengers all the time.

I would SOA for clearance more than height, anti wrap perchs and a bottom half leaf will help with the hop. You may need softer springs to get the same flex and ride but it maybe tricky to find the right mix with weight so i would just bring a pack to a spring shop and tell them what I was looking for.

Pretty simple about the spacers...drivers side has one on the crossmember bracket so you need them on the P side track bar bolt otherwise the joint can bind on the bolt at any height IMO.

Just measured mine - 26.5. on the passenger side and 26" on the driver side. Subtracting for the 3" body lift that's still 1.5" higher than yours - so mebbe I should lower it down a bit.

I'm thinking aloud here so I may be way off base..

Would you not be better comparing your front height to your rear height?

In other words, if an out of the box Xterra has a rake down to the front of an inch(fictional number) then wouldn't you make yours the same?

I would measure mine just as a FWIW measurement but I would have to drive a ways to get it on level ground.
