I got my 2" shackles from SLR Thursday and put them in late Friday night. It wasn't as hard as I thought it might be, and the install instructions at xterra4x4.com were a huge help. The only problem I ran into was that the leaf side of one shackle was a fraction of a millimeter too small for the leaf spring, so I had to grind down the leaf spring bushing a tiny bit with my dremel.

The torsion bars were pretty easy too, I cranked them 11 times and got a little over 1" of lift. The MAXC instructions made it very very simple.

Anyways, now I have to find some tires. No one around here stocks any 32" mud tires, so I guess I will have to special order. I'm still debating to go w/ 31s or 32s.
