Think of it this way...
You are thinking of installing a 3" SL in the rear of the truck...so it will be about 3" higher than it is now...if you think that will raise the ass up, by about 3", you'd be right.
If you raise the front 3", you'd need new UCA, which you can't seem to find...
Plan B is to crank the T-Bars 1.5", and do the shackles, or the AAL, in the back, but not both...as each of them gives you 1.5", same as the front.
Once more or less level, and lifted 1.5", you could wait a while longer for the UCA's to materialize.
With the 3" BL and the 1.5" SL...the 33's would fit, and you could coast until the UCA's can go on.
I'd do 33x12.5 instead of 10.5's...but that's me.
