How early is too early to make reservations for goneMOAB?

I'm considering staying in a cabin at one of the campgrounds during goneMOAB, primarily because of cost.

Does anyone have any recommendations or opinions about particular campgrounds, cabins, or similarly-priced motels?

Get in as early as you can, seems half of the country shows up during Easter.
Some people start booking rooms the year before.

I'd recomend going the first of the week rather than the last.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are when all the losers show up and ruin the Safari.
