Okay,

So those who remember in 2005 I left because my son Anthon-e injured hip hip.

Well that was the first pin right femur, then in June 2006, we removed the pin. October 2006 they put a new pin in his right hip.

He started High School:

As you can see it is an older school. Last Friday -9/21/2007, he had surgery on his left hip.

Okay his real problem, the elevator at the school is broken.

He is fine, but tired of various problems. We think that this is at least his 15th surgery in 15 years of life. I tried to tell him that this really is not a good way to get an annual vacation.

Sorry I have not been out wheeling all summer, I've been working on a porch/addition nearly every weekend.

Todd

Hope your son's hip is back in shape soon. Make sure the school caters to his every need. They need to bring his classes to him and not at a sacrifice to the quality of his learning in doing so. I would definately contact the school board and higher regarding the lack of a working elevator and it's hinderence to his learning.

Hope he makes a speedy recovery

Tyler, I need to get him out sometime, but he has been grounded by doctors from camping or spending much time above 6,000 feet.

Due to heart and lung issues.

It is a real pain hauling his oxygen generator when we go anywhere over night.

He was upset because someone at school criticized him as not being strong enough. I think that those who have met him and have a little knowledge of his history know that his strength is not the "pumping iron" kind.

Thanks for the thought. You both are great for your concern.

Todd

Sorry to hear it Todd. Anthon-e is such a strong person. He has been put through his trials and every time I have seen him he has a sincere smile on his face and always in great spirits. [ThumbsUp]

Tell him that Tammy, Garrett & Me are thinking about him. [Wave]

Todd we all know the BS kids at school deal out!

The few times I have met Anthon-e I have always admired his pesonality as well as behavior. You have one strong kid there and we are all wishing him the best.

Hope we can see you both down the road!!
