I would like to know what you have in store for the add-a-leafs. I know that the current model requires getting rid of the load leafs due to the u-bolts not being long enough. When will longer U-bolts be available?

We will have new longer u-bolts available shortly, you will then have the option of using the load leaf if you wish.

Thanks for the reply, how long is shortly? Will I be able to get the add-a-leafs with longer bolts before West-X (Oct 19)?
A two inch lift would do me good for those canyon rocks smile

What would be the benefits of keeping the load leaf with the AAL's?? Also, you would need to take the Spring Pack off the vehicle to install the longer Spring Pack Bolt right??

The only time the load leaf comes into play is when you are carrying a very heavy load such as trailering, then it prevents the springs from becoming completely flat. I don't think with the add aleafs you will be able to flatten the leaf pack enough to have the ends of the load leaf contact the pack if you do not exceed the Xterra's weight capacity or towing capacity. You do not need to remove the springs from the truck to install a new centerpin, once the pack is released from the u-bolts you can then place a floor jack under the diff and raise the diff enough to insert a new centerpin.
