yesterday while driving home from work i noticed my brush gaurd starting to wobble a bit.... just thought to myself...hmm one of the bolts must have come loose. So i get out and check it...
both the upper mounting brackets cracked clean through along the weldmad hopefully my local truck toy store is able to get me replacements......or maybe not...Calmini is looking very nice right now. I just wish there is a spot to install the fog lamps..maybe a lil R&D?

could be a bad alignment. My Calmini wiggles, and that thing is on stout, and it's because my alignment is off.

One of the guys in our club had a WAAG and had the same thing happen to one of his supports. He had a local metal shop make some new ones for him. Forget how much the cost but they were much better than the stock ones. Let me know if want some more info.

Rednec-

I would definitely be interested in more info.
I would probably like to get the mounts fixed, and then sell it, then put that money towards a new bumber [Laughing]

Just a lil FYI for those that might have a WAAG brush gaurd.
After speaking to one of the representatives at WAAG [Argue] it turns out they did have a problem with the upper brackets failing. They have since been redesigned and are covering under warranty. wink

i believe the waag guard carries a 3 yr warranty against corrosion, but as far as the older upper mounting brackets, i would imagine they would replace as needed. as long as they are the older style in which they admitted to having problems with. here is there phone#(800) 492-2452
fax# (818) 989-5226
And email link if you would like to be sure.
custsvc@waag.com for customer service

good luck to all! wink

Sorry it took so long to get back to you about the brackets. Been really busy lately. Looks like you got it worked out.
