Maybe you could send us some pics once installed then?

How come the bumper isn't on the Shrockworks website yet?

Not to speak for Jim or anything, but I believe he hasn't put the bumper on the Shrockworks site because he wants to be sure there isn't any further "fine tuning" required before it is classified officially as an available product. One is in production for my '00 so we should have some pix soon (I hope...) If it fits mine okay (which I'm sure it will) and looks as good as it does the later model he's already posted pics of (which I'm sure it will) I would imagine it will appear on the site soon thereafter.

Hey Guys, Sorry for the delay. I was at SEMA and was working feverously on a couple projects for vehicles that were in the show for the week before that. Things are finally back to normal. I've done all the 3AM CAD work and welding I can take for a while. It's not up on the site yet bec I wanted to get through the first batch of production orders we already have b4 starting a huge backlog. It will be up there in a few weeks. I got a little behind from this, but pics om Ricks 2000 should be ready in 2-3 weeks. I apologize for the delay. We are taking orders if anyone wants to get in line. The price is still $575.00, but it looks like it will be going up some in a few weeks.

Hey, Sorry I don’t. I won them in a raffle. I'm guessing they are either the 55's or the 6" ones from looking at the pics here. They arent fluted like the 130's. http://www.4wheelparts.com/product2.asp?imseqn=325&occlass=EXPLORER&cat=LIG There will be holes there for lights. Jim

We are scheduled to test fit mine this Friday before sending it to the powdercoaters. Depending on how soon they can get it coated and back to Jim, we should have some pix of the bumper installed on my '00 within a week to ten days after that, hopefully. I've been driving around with no bumper for a several weeks - feels nekkid...

Why not post pics this Friday? We don't care if its power coated, we want to see how the 2000/2001 hoodline looks with the bumper, as well as the square headlights. There is no downside to posting pics early. Post pics early: - People like it and order it, OR - People don't like it and wait to see powder coated pics to decide for sure
Wait to post pics: - People get sick of waiting and buy different bumper, OR - People continue to wait
Just post pics!

Pics, as requested on a 2000. Tube dimensions had to be tweaked for this model for the best appearance, so it will be different than the 02+ (just as you see here). You can also see how the corners have been brought in (this change effects both versions.) Jim

I'm trying to figure something out for shipping to Canada with the Bumper, sliders arent too bad.
If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

Trust me - if you think it looks good in the pix, wait till you see it on your own X!! :p I'm replacing an ARB with this and I thought the ARB looked pretty good, but after we got the upper bars tweaked and tack welded in place, Jim's bumper looks even better. It looks like it was (duh!) designed specifically for the XTerra. Plus, the first fit was literally perfect as far as mounting hole alignment (effortless) and squareness with the body work. The main frame members are extremely beefy and those tow points are actually part of the mounting frame which protrude through the face of the bumper. Definitely a product which lives up to the quality and engineering expertise you expect from Shrockworks.

I'm trying to figure something out for shipping to Canada with the Bumper, sliders arent too bad. Looking forward to the results !! The first things I do in the spring are AAL's and tires. Then I want your bumper, and then a body lift... Not too sure how I would alter the mounting points with the BL???
