Odly - I am getting trickles of info that Spencer is actually shipping out some parts here and there....so he has not run off entirely...he's apparently TRYING to take care of those who paid...it seems, so far.

I hope this continues...at least so those owed get paid back or the parts.

Yeah but Spencer has moved... so things could take a while longer.

Someone send him a letter to the old address with "Address service requested" on the front of the envelope in the lower right corner.

If someone else has Phone #s or previous address I am sure other people wink will be able to start tracking him down.

I am sure SOCAL would know where he is.

I had one colorful dealing with Spencer Jr a few years back and had a lenghty phone conversation with him discussing stellar product married with no service equals failed business, he basically called me an asshole for posting my displeasure over his need to lie to cover his ass. After that I scoffed at anyone who posted the "nice guy give him a break" comments. Had a feeling he would pull a hightail when the business was tanked.

As it is sad people have paid for shit they have not, and are most likely never going to get it is a lesson learned in doing some home work before doing business with people that has a bad track record.

Karma will catch up with him eventually

You need to contact the District Attorny where his buisness was. If he stole money, you should take legal action.

$120 plus shipping for Bilstein front shocks never delivered, ordered in August 07. I had an in depth thread going here (Manufacturer Row) that was removed for reasons unknown to me.

Did any of you guys pay with credit cards. If so, I'd call up the credit card company and see if they can help you out. May have been too long ago for some of you though.
