There are a few companies that already make them, here is one for $75 http://www.etrailer.com/pc-FMH~6715.htm?utm_source=shopzilla&utm_medium=ppc [/b]
So every time you want to open the trunk you have to remove the tire first?

Looks like it...

That part is designed to connect to a hitch on the front of a vehicle; something that you see on RV's and such.

Check this one out: Hitch Gate . Way too much money if you ask me, but it is hitch mounted.

No updates here and certainly nothing posted over at Pirate4x4. confused
I've given up on the mother fucker, emailed him, nothing, as usual. I'll just take my lost and do better research next time I order from small business vendors.

Got a pair of front bilsteins coming in the mail Friday! Finally after 6 months!

Post this info over on Pirate as well, I would love to see him respond again in front of all his peers.

I finally got the issue resolved with my credit card company to get my refund.

About 2 months ago, I got a call from SLR apologizing for the problems and wanting to make it right by getting my order out to me. I laughed and asked why I would allow him to try and steal more money. He tried to argue, I hung up.
