For all those that have a DVD/TV set up in your X....I am about to install my new screens and portable DVD player in my X and I wanted to see if my thought process is on track.

For the 2 headrest screens, I was thinking of hard wiring the power to the rear DC power outlet. Then for the portable DVD player, hard wiring it to one of the front DC power outlets.

See any problems with that, or should I just get all my power straight from the battery and install inline fuses and a relay?
