How does one remove the cowl top grille from a 99 Xterra. I know that i have to remove the whipers first and that there are 4 of those damned plastic plugs. I want to mount an antenna for my CB radio on the driver's side similar to how the radio antenna is affixed on the passenger side. I need to get the cowl grille off so that I can see what is underneath to figure out the mount.
