i have a 2003 SE with the rockford audio package. I'm going to replace the speakers in the front with some nicer JL component 6.5's i have sitting in my closet. But i only want to install the new speakers if i can run them with an amp. I dont want to replace the head unit just yet, but i'm not sure if it has RCA outputs on the back or not. If it doesnt, i'll just leave everything stock for a while.

My factory system in my Infiniti consisted of a head unit and 2 amps. No RCAs on the back of the head unit. The amps used speaker level inputs instead.

there is not RCA plugs on the back of the stock unit. What some of the members did was they installed a high-low converters you could usually get them between $20 to $30 dollars. I recommend that you should get the best high -low converter to have a nice sound. my two cents
