a few months back, when i still had my xterra- i bought a high out put alternator for it. to make a long story short- it was the wrong one. the owner of the company reused to send me the correct one or refund my money, so my credit card company got involved- i won of course, but now have this alternator. its a 300.00 paper weight right now!! it has no markings or numbers on it to cross reference. how the hell to i go about and find out what vehicle it belongs to- so i can sell it- i am pretty sure it is a nissan casing, though. thanks. rob

Whats the big deal? If your credit card company already re-embursed (sp?) you then just throw it out!

why throw it out?? if i can make an extra 100.00 bucks -easy. its a brand new 140 amp alternator.
