I maybe in the wrong forum but here goes. There is a black plastic tube going from the intake air box to the radiator and them up and over the top of the radiator for maybe 4 inches or so. I see that the end over the radiator is plugged . Can anyone tell me what the plastic tube is for? Deacon

Yes, you're in the wrong forum, but...

The black tube is an intake resonator. Sometimes they are used to give the intake a particular sound and sometimes to smooth out the intake flow by cancelling standing waves.
