And I don't think that's an Airsoft. The end of the barrel isn't orange, and it appears as though his arm is straining a bit to hold that thing up there. And...why bring an Airsoft into the woods? Bring the real thing! Especially there, where you can get them soooooo easily.
Hell, he's probably got a nuke in the back seat with a garage sale sign on it, '4 sale or trade for 33" American MTR tires'.

They probably don't give a shit about making parts of toy guns bright orange over there. Like it used to be here before dumb asses started using them to hold up liquor stores.

Spent some time at the local INS office myself recently as I moved here from the UK. There were several 50+ men with young Russian chicks in their also awaiting their Green cards, I thought that wasn't happening so much these days, but it's still going strong here in Phoenix.
