But along the way, the road to Crown King is full of playgrounds to get your wheel on..


Shoki had a great time in the snow. He's been on hard, icy snow before, but there in the powder, he was a 7 year old dog acting like a 7 month old pup.


Than about halfway up (Fort Misery/3500') it began to snow. By the time I was at 5900', it was near whiteout and my tracks were filling up as soon as I rolled 'em out.

Wow, I wish I could have made it. I was going to try to head up there, but did not get off shift until 10:30, so just went home. Now I wish i hadn't.
