It looks like a nice job.
It looks like you might want to bring the frame horn mounts back further to the cross member before you do your tie in to brace it, as the box is kind of short otherwise.
To brace the winch fairlead/feet, etc...as you are doing Al plate for the gaps...I figure you plan a steel plate across the front, between the horns too? (Tie into front recovery point bracing?)
With the leverage of the stinger up front...you might want to sleave the frame horns, as they are (From what I can see at least...), what will be resisting and forces on the stinger...I do like the brace you have in that direction already too though.
I like the simple loop for the side/fender protection, it works for me.
I prefer bars to protect the rest of the front clip, not just the stinger...maybe a tie in from mid-stinger height, back to the wings or something...but that would change the lines, etc....but given the deer I hit in NJ all the time...the head light areas take a beating otherwise.
It might be the pic, but the tubing looks a bit light?
What's the diameter/wall thicknesses?
