Well, I went to our family ranch earlier this week. Here's a couple of pics. Our ranch is close to the Barona Casino. Eight of our neighbors died in the fire. My family was fortunate enough to make it out alive.

I have a couple of friends that live in scripps ranch that I haven't been able to get ahold of

I can't believe how much devistiation - sites that I used to visit all the time I can barely recognize in photo's now. I was thinking of visiting some friends in CA when I go home for Christmas, but now I don't know if I can bare to go down and see the devistation first hand

Back when I was still in San Diego, my wife and I would go up to Barona all the time to play video poker. Ahh, the good ol' days.
