Axle - that pic gets really visually confusing if you rotate it 90 degrees to the left or 180 degrees (either way ).

I remember that thread. That was my first intro to XOC and where I got my first truck ratings... but there were only two trucks. I had thought to myself, "I got trucks. They like me, they really like me!"

This is my current desktop pic, with thanks to airliners.net and the photographer listed at the bottom of the shot. It's a British Airways 747 climbing out of LAX en route to London. Check out the bend of the wings...a widebody jet on a flight of that distance weighs around 700,000-800,000 lbs at takeoff.

This has been my desktop for more months than care to think. The wife won't let me change it.
