Here's how I mounted my lights. Don't think any trees will be bothering them. Oh, and the welds are excellent. Should be, they cost a lot.

See, that's what we're talking about.
Never use an Arc welder on a gas tank. MIG is always better.
When will these people learn?!

Seeing how that is an early generation Datsun pickup, look at the amazing resemblence to the undercarriage of the '00 to '04 Xterras (and probably just about every other Nissan truck of recent vintage prior to '05). If nothing else, for layout of components.

By the way are their any updates on this truck and how it looks now that the work has been done?[/b]Actually I did most of the "rework" myself with the guidence of 1 person who welded for a living at Kentuckey trailer corp, and another who built his own racecars from the ground up. I drive the truck once or twice a week still. I'm talking to another shop to rebuild the exo cage.

a) suggested people check the coolant system with 120 PSI air.
I've done it before, never had any problems. But next time I do it it again, I will use 30psi.
b) suggested someone remove wear tab on brake pads.
Why not, someone said they were rubbing prematurely.
c) had video/pics online showing him doing stupid things with his truck
You havent seen anything.
