I think these type of threads are needed. They do serve a purpose. Because of this thread, I know never to deal with this seller.

There is no business ON EARTH that will hold a product that there is no deposit on. Why would anyone expect a private party to?

I'm sorry, but there is no deal until a deposit has been made. It shows good faith on the part of the buyer.

If the buyer wanted to "secure" those tires then he shoulda paypalled a deposit. Without that there's simply nothing to complain about.

I have made thousands of online transactions, and I am not talking about ebay or normal online purchasing. I am talking about buying an item from an individual and the ones that act like this are the ones I will never deal with again.

90%+ of backouts are buyers.

So, buyer beware and seller beware. Let's follow better business practices in the future.
