Last I checked, Hawaii was part of the the United States. The United States is part of the North American continent. I bet your 9 year old daughter knows that.

And I retired from the BOD when I moved, even though I still own my place in San Diego and am in LA/SD at least once every other month. But you're out of it in more than one way, so you wouldn't know that.

And as far as the rest of your comments, I think it just reinforces my 'hope you find a rubber room that fits ya' comment.
