For a couple of years after high school, a couple of friends and I would play Robin Hood during Christmas. We'd go to the wealthiest neighborhoods and rip off as many decorations as possible. Then we'd pay a visit to the saddest house we could find. We actually came prepared with extension cords so we could hook up lights. Light up Santa's, wooden candy canes, wreaths you name it. When I was a kid I decided to ditch school and ended up hanging out with a friend of mine and my girlfriend. I was pretending to be sick and set up this elaborate ruse to fool not only my parents to think I was home sick , but the principal of my school , who didn't believe that I was ill.
