Trust me its nothing I enjoy, if I dont do some of the nasty shit my job requires of me people could die. I have seen people so badly inpacted (constipated) that they start throwing up shit, befor you know it you have a dead bowl and bam a dead person.

Sure there are times I dig shit out of peoples ass, there are times I break ribs on some old frail person while doing chest compressions. In the end regardless of how nasty or heroic, it boils down to, God willing, the person to be with there loved ones again, or what ever it is they live for.
