You can go to you LBS and pick up a couple of fork cleats for like $20 a piece then attach them to a 2x4 or what not. Sorry I don't have pic's but I have mine mounted to a Slider board that is made for them. Really inexpensive. Only draw back is my tri bikes areo bars stick to far out so I have to turn one of the cleat to a 45 deg's to get it in.

No worries.
