For some reason it says I'm not logged in even when I am. Right now for instance I just logged in but the bar at the top of the page says I'm not. But at the top of the add new topic box it shows me logged in and it will let me post.

Yeah, Night_Eyes reported this last week. Krisjon and someone else just emailed me about it too.

Do you use Windows XP ? I think Microsoft might changed some default setting in IE having to do with how cookies are handled.

Do you use any firewall software ?

Nothing has changed on the site.

I have noticed since an update on Windows XP Pro on my laptop it does this. But not on Home or behind a firewall.
