Not sure if this is possible now. If it is, I haven't figured it out. Is there a way to click on a members name/icon and see the history of posts and replies that poster has made?

At the bottom of the a post, you'll see the word "posts" with the number of posts that person has ever made. Click on that and it will give you his fifty or so most recent ones.

At the bottom of every post, you'll see a line that says:

Posts: 19 | From: Dayton, NV | Registered: Feb 2006 | Member # 14804 | IP: Logged

Click on the "Posts: xx" part and it will bring up a listing of everything said member has posted.

You click on their amount of posts number in the bottom left of the box

Guess we clicked the little reply button at the same time!

Or you can search by the member number. You can leave the search terms blank to get all messages. It's a little more work but you get more than just the 50 recent posts.

BTW, kudos to you for acting on your decision to change your work situation. So many people stick with not so ideal jobs because change is hard and it takes courage to give up their comfort zone (e.g., steady paychecks) for contentment and increased quality of life.

xterrah-thanks for the kind words. We packed up the truck (X), the Rice Burner (Civic) and a Uhaul, and got raped by United Van Lines for 12K to move out to NV. It was a huge move for me. I gave up a steady income/career. In a job I hated, in a field I may have become burned out in. So the stay at home dad was a good thing. That is, until we realized just how expensive the cost of living is out West. And we did not move to California. LOL. You are welcome to a cold one (Guinness) when you come out my way. We are 30 minutes East of Tahoe/Carson City.
