#132782 - 09/01/04 02:33 PM 4wd enthusiast marker?

Ever consider some type of symbol or marker to denote who's on XOC looking for mainly 2wd issues? ie- mileage, tire size, and lights too bright. Than another different for those who regularly go wheeling, work on their trucks, and like to have colorful conversations amongst each other [Argue] The reason being is, I believe if those of us (XOC) who've read all these basic info requests and now get seemingly torked over having to review it again  , knew the post is from a 2wd newbie, mother of 3, primarily using the X to ferry children and groceries. We would simply gloss over them unless of course we have a genuine interest in helping someone. Thereby eliminating all the undue stress in our lives, not allowing you to fully appreciate all the fun you can be having in the X. [Smoking]
Something(s) more personal as to our Xterra ownership..

The Xterra information panel to the left of every post, and the tone of the post should be enough for anyone to make a safe assumption about someone posting here.

So the answer would be "No". Sorry, nothing will be changing on this board for a very long time.

Heh. Cool.

"A graduate of the University of Oregon, Moses has taught automotive and diesel mechanics courses at the adult education level."

Too bad he didn't teach my Briggs and Stratton class in Jr. High. laugh

Yep, confirms what I always suspected. OSU educates the engineers to design the cars, trucks and big rigs that move our nation, and U of O pumps out the Super Lube oil jockeys to change the oil.

Only to the extent that the OSU Beavers are superior to the U of O Ducks on the football field.
