So I'm kinda smitten with a friends Rover so I'm thinkin' of getting an '03 Disco SE.

Which obviously will replace the X.

If anyone knows anyone that might be interested lemme know - I'm thinking I'm gonna ask $14,900 or similar which sounds fair according to Edmunds, KBB, etc considering the following:

Truck is Solar Yellow 4WD and is in great shape,
New BFG AT/KO's (31.5) put on about 10k ago,
Power, sport, utility packages, tow package,
brush guard, tail light guards, seat covers, interior bike rack,
57K (mostly hwy) miles,
balance of 100k Nissan preferred warranty 'till 11/07/06.

Damn, man - you can't give it up! Although, those Discos are pretty sweet (you'll have to give me a ride when you get it). I'll keep my ears open for someone looking for a "real" X.

I may not give it up. Only four more payments and then two+ years of warrantied trouble-free driving.

The '03 disco's with the horsepower boost are nice though. And after 5+ years in an X (this is my second one) I'm ready for something a bit more plush. I can also section 179 a disco and get a shweet tax break.
