It has frontage on Muddy Creek Road and on Pinon Heights. There are two neighbors to the south on Pinon Heights. One house built 2003 the other in 1998.
It is about 1/2 mile in from the frontage road alonbg I-25. The road "Muddy Creek Road": is between milemarkers 79 and 80 on I-25. Exits to frontage road are either at MM 77/78 or MM 81/82
