Anyone up for a Den run Saturday or Sunday? Any of you guys been out there lately? Is the cop situation still the same, have they been out there?

Hey Rick. The reason I ask is because Rudetanker (on TNT forum) and I were at Barnwell this past weekend.

He is shipping out for Iraq in December and wanted to get some more wheeling in before he leaves. Told him about the Den and thought it's not too far for him to make a day trip out of. He lives in Killeen.

Soooo...if you are in for Sunday then I will give him a call and see if he wants to do it.

Eli-you and I could meet up with Rudy from Killeen if he's going, could meet in Austin and head down. I'll check with him.

EDIT: Checked with Rudy and he is down for going on Sunday. He said he will probably come into Austin on Saturday and stay overnight. We could leave earlier that way.

Having a Jeep along is cool with me.

I have a rear main seal leak and am waiting to hear from Nissan Corporate about repairs. Thus I may have to put the truck in the shop (doubt it but...).

The Den is in San Antonio...It's a long drive...Rumors have it that the Den is being Patrolled by cops giving out Tickets (haven't seen anything like that, as of yet), I think it will be best, to let "The Locals" see how it is First...hate to see you come all the way over here for nothing...

Talked to Handbrake and I told her my plans...if I can get the two upstairs faucets removed, returned, and replaced by Saturday night I'm going to spin a wheel with you'ns. So keep your fingers crossed.

Should be no big deal to remove Faucets, done that a couple of times...Yeah, I hope to see Ya out there Patrick...That would be Great...Trying to get Clint to go too...maybe if I tell him that I'm taking some Brewskies, he'll probably be there in a heartbeat...
