gary has 2wd? i only have 2wd locked. i love to wheel though. so, those with 4wd has to be patient wuth us and i need spotters cause i am a newbie.

a 2wd locked is LOTS better than a 2wd... you can probably get around mucho better. I usually use a spotter too....

Hell... it's probably better than my 4 anything-but-locked.

Hopefully once I get the rattle can paintjob update, I'' slap an XOC sticker on there. I'm sure everyone will love that!

2wd-locked is mucho better than 2wd, but there are very few situations when 4wd (w/lsd or open) won't out do it. Gotta love the fact that you're making the 2wd more capable though.

I'm not trying to turn this into a 2wd 4wd thread! I love all trucks(except the izuzu hombre).

me, herk, and gary were going to stay over Saturday night and camp. I was hoping we could get some night runs in as well on easier trails

I'm probably going to go up Friday night, again and camp both nights. Going to try to leave Dallas around 5 - 5:30ish. Maybe later,if somebody wants to caravan.

I want to say 10, but i really have no idea why I think that. Just a number that came to mind. Might be later.

They will not lock the gates on Friday or weekend nights... just look us up to camp. You can pay and register Sat morning when they open back up. I have arrived after midnight and no problems.

Angry jeep was the first trail I took, and it was dark, and I was alone. What more fun could a person ask for. I'll keep my frs on channel 5 ( I think that's the norm) if anybody gets there late and needs help making it down.
