Interesting.. not only can I not get to the TNT board, but my email to president@texasnissantrucks.com bounced... and I can't seem to email you through XOC either.

Here is the letter I tried to send:

I still can't get on from work.... I get exactly the same screen that I was
getting from home on Christmas... the Cpanel "There is no website configured
at this address" page.

Is there some other link to try? I've tried going to
http://www.texasnissantrucks.com/phpbb2 but that apparently isn't right.

I can get to SWXC and XOC just fine... could it be my ISP somehow?

It looks like they are using PHP for the board...

Probably got hit by this.

Keeping software patched and up to date is such a pain in the ass...

Would that account for some people (it seems like everyone else but me now frown ) being able to get to it while others can't?

nopers... we have the newest version of PHPBB, not effected by that.

Glen I do not know what to say..

try these .

http://www.atest2.securednshost.com/~texasnis/phpBB2/

if those don't work go to your internet explorer settings and see if you have a proxy, if you do find out what kind and let me know although it shouldn't be the problem. If you don't have a proxy give me your IP address (MAIN EXtERNAL) and the isp so I can put in a ticket. I seriously doubt that anything can be done since you seem to be the only one with the problem.

Also I need the errors from the emails that were bounced back, this can be sent to tntpresident@yahoo.com, actually I need ALL ERRORS

I sent you the text from the returned mail.

It looks like a lot of your guys are running linux on the back end there, which is good, but also means you could possibly be running squid proxy server. If this is the case ask them to clear the cache (in the proxy) if possible.

Hmmmm...

Boss: "And why would you like us to clear it, Glen?"
Glen: "Ummmm... no... particular... reason... I have this website that I.... um... never mind"

well, i just know I have had a similar problem when using squid proxy at the house...it usually indicates a stale cache, not just for our site but for many others as well. You could be recieving outdated data on other important sites.

All links work to me here in the office.

I just noticed that the forums have different skins for visitors and for registered members.

BTW, one of the guys here says that we are not using a proxy server and that our internet doesn't go through our Linux box... just straight to the Firebox firewall and to the T1.

I'm still getting the cPanel "there is no website configured at this address" thing. [Crybaby] [Crybaby] [Crybaby]

Someone sent me a PM and I can't even get it [Crybaby]

Hey - for that matter, Keith - will you post something that tells everyone that I'm not around and if they need to get me they can do so on XOC and/or SWXC.org?

very strange, Glen. You are the only one having this problem and you can get to the site from home, so it has to be something with your works network. I just got done reading the whitepaper on a firebox and I have no idea what to tell you. Is it possible for you to download and try another browser at work, such as mozilla (humor me if you must)???
