If voting rights or club name is not the issue..is this simply an AC thing?

By adding more clubs to a given area you dilute all clubs involved. There are only so many resources (sponsors, events etc. ) that can be had and because of that we have to look out for the best interest of our members.

I will wait till after this Saturday to say more.
