Howdy yall! So I see alot of X-terra's here in Aggieland, and I'm thinking that one of them has to be an active member on this site. I'm planning on joining the offroading organization of TAMU (tamor.org) and I was just curious to see if any other X-terra's would like to join in with me. It'd be cool having a nice little club of X's in CS. I suggest that if you want to get in contact with me, you'd be best to e-mail me (blue-xterra@tamu.edu) I normally check my e-mail alot.
Class of '08 AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
P.S. - If you're gonna try to pick me outta the crowd I'll be the X-terra that's accelerating fast, taking sharp turns, and pushing the speed limit. Oh ya, and blasting music... probably techno...

Wow... class of 08... that's crazy. I was there when we still had a bonfire I believe TAMU off road sponsors the trail Air Strip at Barnwell You should come out to Karnage in Katemcy KIK this weekend... a few of us will be there. It's a bit of a drive... maybe 3 hours for you (90 miles-ish west of Austin) '97 - WHOOP!

wow, thanks for the info. Kinda sad to see so many X's with so many boring drivers. I guess I'll be the only X-terra in College Station with enough BALLS to join the offroad organization.

Hey Just_Blue
I'm planning on visiting A&M sometime within the next month. I'm on the college hunt, and I am looking into Mechanical Engineering Technology. I've heard from alot of people that A&M has a great Engineering Tech Department. Maybe I'll see ya down there when I come!

Oh hell ya, that'd be great! And A&M has an AMAZING engineering department. I'm a nuke engineer, and the stuff they offer me in insane! And maybe we can do some off-roading The off-roading club here isn't to bad either. I went to there first meeting, and my car was tiny compared to there's... no surprise... But read this thread http://tamor.org/forums/showthread.php?t=287&highlight=xterra Thanks to the Southwest Xterra Organization they atleast respect my car!

Yeah I've heard some great stuff about their engineering. NUKE ENGINEER huh? Damn thats gotta be a blast. Also, I'm looking into the Corp and going to be there on the 30th and the first of Oct. for the Corp over night thing. I've got a family friend in the Corp so I'll be staying with him. Look for me! Black X 2001, ARB w/lights & BFG All Terrains.
The more I look at A&M the more I like it. Especially the Engineering Tech dept. I was looking at pics of the labs and they're amazing. ANYWAYS CYA down there!

sweet so your in aggieland? Damn, finally another person! We should definately meet up, I got so confused when u PM'ed me, cause I looked at your location and it said somewhere in south Texas. We should definately go offroading though, my brother has a 2000 yellow X, and it's 4X2, but we still went offroading. I haven't really met up with those tamor.org guys, simply because I think I was the only imported truck there, and the 35 buck entry fee. So you live on campus or off campus? Oh ya, I'm a NUKE engineer, which is good, cause were both engineers, which is good cause were both freshman, which is good cause I'm lost.

Whoo-hoo! I'm a HARDCORE DORK! (according to the TAMU thread - that's me in the middle next to Carlton's X) I don't know if I should be offended - after all, they are Aggies. Kind of a pot calling kettle black situation, right? Edited to add: That's a DAMN old photo. That was back in 01, when I still had a 2wd. Do me a favor - attach a decent photo to that thread. Something like this:

TMTC took "Airstip" away from the aggie club. They were there once to claim it and never again to maintain it. Guess they lost the directions

Yo XBBO, I've been in school all day, so you probably won't see me driving, and I got a Calculas exam from 7:30-9:30.
