Hey Guys and Gals,
As you off roaders and friends can see in the following, Barnwell is having a work weekend and free admittance for the work. We need to keep our trail clean and make a good camping area too. I am going up to help and wanted to see if anyone else does. We can help with their projects or we can just do our areas.
PLEASE try and make the time and give us a hand. Just reply to me if you can attend and I will let them know who and how many to expect.

Can we specify that we want to work on X-Way and the campsite?

I am sure we can if we have enough partcipation. It's not really a one or two person job. If not enough partcipants I am going to just work with the crew...

I will be there. The more people that go the better. This is a good chance to show that the Nissan crowd is involved, and cares. So come on and sign up.

Wish I could help out but the MS 150 Houston to Austin ride is that weekend.

interested in coming up and helping out, but live in san antonio. i can bring a chainsaw, axe and whatever else i can scam from my dad. can cut work to half a day and drive up on friday. need info on camping and meeting up with anybody friday night for food and drinks. post here or email me info at tschoepe51@hotmail.com.

Most of us drive up on Saturday Morning and are there by 10 AM. I have things planned that Fri night so I can't drive out early to meet you. Maybe someone else can. They have camp sites all over the park and showers and bathrooms up near the office. I'll see if I can get out of my Fri thing but I doubt it. If anyone else can meet him that would be swell.

if i meet up at barnwell or somewhere else that friday doesn't matter to me, just need a place to camp that night. prefer to go up friday due to the drive. to early to leave on a saturday and can cut friday to half a day. like to meet up with fellow x members if possible, but if not, saturday will be the day. any special request for tools, let me know and i can see if i can obtain them. daddy is a farmer.

Does anyone know if Barnwell is open to camping on Friday nights?

Yes it is. It opens at 6PM Fri night I believe.

Clint and Jason keep me posted... I can do Friday night. You can crash at my place to if you want and make Sat a shorter trip too.

Anyone from DFW wanna caravan up Saturday morning?

I'm going Sat morning.

I will be out there Saturday morning as well. I am bringing the chain saw. What CB channel will everyone be on? I don't want to drive around aimlessly all day again.

What all do we or I need to bring for dinner on Sat night??

Wanna do the standard fajitas? I will bring some salsa, cheese, and sour cream for them if someone else gets the meat and tortillas. How much cheese should I bring? One bag or two?

I will bring some brats as well if anyone wants some. They are good wrapped up in a tortilla.

I'll get the meat if someone can get the tortillas. How many people are camping Sat night? I need to know how much to get.

I'll bring some Fajita meat too. I will be there Friday and Sat. I will bring some sausage and stuff for the morning(s) too.
