Hah, I'm sure you were thinking of my xterra, but no, I'm asking about my Ford Ranger. The little 4 banger's got 160k miles on it and I'm thinking the time is near to make some changes. I'd like to put in a 302 and new tranny. Do you guys know a good place in the area to find the engine and tranny and then where to have it swapped?

price is huge consideration, but still needs to balance out with quality of parts and work.

thanks!

I'm sure Kenny would work on anything if you pay him. I know the shop down here specializes in Rotorary engines but they work on rice cars and I mean serious rice so they can pay the bills.
