Hello all!
A few of us are headed up Bend way, Wikiup Reservoir to be exact, for a lonnnnng 4th of July weekend.
Any ideas on wheelin up that way? Anyone wanting to link up for a run, let me know.

Hello! I don't know what the extent of PNXC is, but if anyone knows anything about wheelin up your way, I'd sure appreciate talking with you or just getting a little info

I think we have only member in the Bend area. Mosi (Member #25)might be your best point of contact. He lives in Portland area.

The only time I have wheeled in the Bend area is when we went 2 years ago. It was pretty much a dust eating weekend and we never really found much other than great views.
You may want to check out this place though

The area is divided up into 3 areas.. North, South and the Plateau. We messed around a bit in the Plateau area and ended up in a quad area so it burned up too much time. On the way out, we ended up seeing where we needed to be but haven't been back since. I am pretty sure the North area is where the wheeling is.

There are a lot of scenic drives - Century, etc. but not a lot of official OHV's for 4x4'ing - mostly for dirt bikes and ATV's. That being said you can find a number of dirt roads. Ask at some of the 4x4 stores in the area.

Great fishing (as I recall from a number of years ago.)
