I don't know of anything on the island, but you should give NSOR.com a try. They have a location in North Van and they carry ARB products.

Buying the ARB from NOR will boost the price by several $100.

Most of the guys in PNWX bought them in Washington state and simply picked them up at ARB in Seattle, this saves the cost, you can install the ARB quite easy while downthere and pop your old bumper in the back (if you need it). it will save you a bundle.

The ARB will cost him atleast $1300 plus tax. through NOR,Compared to about $580USD getting it in WA state, even paying the tax and duty on it will save $100's.
