Has anybody been on this road before? I remember that the gate is on a road just past "the chief" but I can't seem to find a map of it anywhere.

Thanks again Jens. I did look at these before I posted but I was looking for more details of the logging road that heads down from Squamish to Indian Arm. After looking at them again I have a better idea now.

I dug around online for 10 minutes after posting that but couldn't find any better descriptions. I think winging it with the maps and/or GPS would be your best bet. Or finding some guys through bc4x4.com who have done the trip before. I think they do it a few times each year, might be fun to hook up with them (be prepared for the ribbing you'll get for not owning a 'real' 4x4.)

I printed off a bunch of those maps and I think we'll just wing it since we're leaving in a few hours. My friends who are coming up tomorrow morning have been up before and know where they're going. Worst case, we find a spot on the river closer to town and head up further with the larger group tomorrow.
